Where Are We Now With Climate Change?

Image: The Climate Alarm Clock

The excellent The Climate Alarm Clock podcast released a great summary episode describing what climate change is, what is being done and what is not being done, why it's important to work on climate action, and very importantly, why it's ok to feel a range of emotions about the situation. A great listen.

Creating Business Value With Digital Sustainability

MIT's Cloan School of Management published a post describing the different ways a company can create business value with digital sustainability, including driving efficiency, attracting talent, working towards company goals, and improved customer reputation.

Undergraduate Invents New Hash Table Method

Andrew Krapivin, an undergraduate student at Rutgers University disproved a 40-year-old conjecture about the efficiency of hash tables and invented a more efficient way of accessing hash tables, partly because "Krapivin was not held back by the conventional wisdom for the simple reason that he was unaware of it."

Adolescence

I was blown away by Adolescence. It is a tough watch but is packed full with layers of social commentary and warnings about misogyny, patriarchal society, social media, and lots of other things. Each episode is filmed in one shot, which in itself is superb as well. It will stay with you long after you finish watching it, which is a good thing.

rust-stakeholder is a fun project that makes your terminal look very busy to anyone who happens to be looking over your shoulder.
